1. About Tiny Trails & the sender
Tiny Trails is a memory-keeping app for parents. We send a gentle daily SMS nudge to help you capture the small everyday moments — what your kid said, what made you laugh, what you don't want to forget. You reply with a few words and a photo. We save it privately to your account.

Every Tiny Trails SMS includes the "Tiny Trails:" prefix so you can identify the sender no matter which number is used. Consent is granted to Tiny Trails Co., not to any single phone number, so adding a new sender does not require re-opt-in — but you can reply STOP to any sender to unsubscribe from all of them.
2. How you opt in (step-by-step)
This is the exact flow every customer goes through. There is no other path to receiving SMS from Tiny Trails.
You visit tinytrailsco.com
You land on the homepage. The hero section asks for your mobile number.
You enter your phone number and check the consent box
The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You must check it explicitly. The label discloses sender, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP keywords.
You submit the form
The submit button is disabled until you check the consent box. Submitting starts a phone verification step before any recurring messages are sent.
You receive a confirmation text and reply YES (double opt-in)
We text you: "Tiny Trails: Reply YES to confirm you’d like daily memory nudges (~5 msgs/wk). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply." Until you reply YES, you are not enrolled and we send no further messages.
You're enrolled and receive a welcome message
Once we receive your YES, we send a welcome SMS and start sending one daily memory nudge. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel.
3. What we send and how often
About 5 messages per week. The bulk are the daily memory nudge — a one-line prompt asking you to share a small moment from the day. Occasionally we send product or account messages (e.g. a gift redemption confirmation). We do not send promotional or third-party marketing messages from this number.

5. STOP, HELP, and START
You can control your SMS subscription at any time by texting any of the keywords below to the Tiny Trails number.

Other common opt-out words (CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT) are also honored automatically. STOP sent to any Tiny Trails sender (toll-free, 10DLC, or short code) unsubscribes you from all Tiny Trails messages.
6. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Tiny Trails does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier may charge you for messages sent or received as part of your phone plan. Check with your carrier if you have questions.
7. Privacy & data sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your phone number — or any personal information — to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your phone number only to send the messages described on this page and to authenticate you in the Tiny Trails app.
